In 2001 Napomar has formed the Joint Venture with Danobat Group from Spain for the production of machine tools.The name of the Joint Venture is DANOMAR.

NAPOMAR S.A. provides the most important mechanical parts for the machine tools assembled in the joint venture.

The joint venture manufactures CNC milling centers and CNC lathes of various types.
